ways to hard question in interviewHow to Answer Hard Interview Questions

Every once In a while you come across an interview in your life in which the interviewer has this pre-assumption that you are a goof and he is the Mr. Know-it-all. It can happen to you when you are going for a job interview or you are being interviewed in a university. Or at times our journalists and media people act so weird while taking an interview that they think they are someone out of this universe. They will ask you the silliest questions possible and would expect you to just give up after a few shots so that they can impress you with their knowledge. Such kinds of interviewers are the most irritating ones.  The best solution to this is in being confident.

Sometimes when you are appearing for an interview, just your confidence level gets you selected. You might not be able to answer all the questions, but the manner you use to answer them will determine who wins this game. Yes an interview is a game. The interviewer throws the ball at you and it all depends upon you how well you hit it to score the home run.

Most of us are naturally a bit afraid and nervous while going for an interview. The interviewers are obviously aware of this fact. And since they have all the questions and answers and they are the ones who are going to take the lead generally, so they feel very at home. Your confidence is the key to turn the tables around. Be relaxed. Do not stumble or take long pauses. Raise your pitch. They are not going to ask you something you don’t know. You will know the answers. Just take a deep breath and let your mind search its depths to find an answer. Before your deliver, smile, it will make the interviewers shaky. Smile and deliver in a confident pitch, even if you are not sure, look them into the eye, grab their attention, and make your impact by being confident.

It is very natural for us to get nervous. You have to overcome this nervousness. Even if you know all the answers and all the tricks in the play book, if you are nervous, you will loose on the spot. It is observed that the interviewers throw some challenge like questions to you just to check your temperament and your skills. Handle them tactfully. Don’t let them have the impression that you might not be as good for the job as someone else is. Take these challenges and show the resilience for doing the tasks assigned and the methodology being discussed. Show them that you can take the lead.

Interviews are not tough as such. It is we who make them tough or easy for ourselves. Depending upon how strong we are mentally.  If we are ready to take charge, the field is ours. It’s all about how you mould the whole interview in your favor. And the key is mere confidence. Be confident and make an impact. You can do it. If once you have decided that you can nail it, they just cannot stop you from doing so.
